Weighing the options

I am going to move my ubb over to this.. because of the speed.

Here is what I am pondering.

1. What will be included in the new edition? (V2.0) and when is it coming out?

2. Should I buy the edition now and go through all the bs to update it


3. Will it cost me anything to upgrade to V.2.0

4. Will it allow me to post news on my site.. similar to Ubb (example my site at http://www.dlrarmy.com)

5. Will it allow me to have the latest threads on the front onf my site (.shtml page)

How easy is this to hack?
Do I hack the actual file or the template?
