Hosting Sites???

I recently purchased the license for Vbulletin. I have a domain name which I registered through Register.com. Now I can't find a site where I can get the message boards to work, can someone help me out with this.

vB requirements are:
PHP 4.0.4 or greater and MySQL 3.23 or greater installed.
