Question about v2.0

Hi, well once v2.0 is available, i'll be moving my forum over ASAP...

However I have spent days customizing it and hacking it to bits...

Now I can understand that the hacks will have to vanish the moment the new version goes online,

but will there be way of converting the templates... As I don'th think I could take customizing it up again :D

doing that may cause problems as you would be using two versions of the software mixed!

Well, I've been working on the localization of my vB for 2 days (when I went to sleep and closed my eyes the only thing I saw were tags :p). It's also full of hacks. I'm gonna buy some *strong* drinks... :D But I really look forward to v2. ;)

Hi eva, gotto say your forums are great, I even tried to copy them a little bit, in vain however :D

It would be good however if the templates were read into the system and converted into the new system.. If that makes sence.

The scripts could

1) Paste together all the templates
2) Parse out the joined together templates into the new system. Easy :)

I am sure vbulletin will give a list of the things that need manually adding to your templates if you don't want to over right them.
