Well your right the footer needs to be fixd, but all in all it looks good.

Usually im not one for a dark layout(hard on the eyes), but the yellow font lightens the strain...

Like the logo too. :D

I would recommend removingthe mod coloumn since you only have one mod in only a few of the forums. Also, since it appears that nobody uses ratings, I would get rid of that too.

Other than that, it looks good.

perhaps there could be a bit more red or blue.
e.g. try #B20000 as hover color for your links.
