Next time the boards are updated, it would help to tell people what to do if they get the error message right after loging-in or registering. For example, at error_nopermission_loggedout I added this message...

If you get this message after you loged in, it's because your browser doesn't allow cookies. Change your browser setting to allow cookies and you can log-in.

A lot of other users get the message after regeristing or loging-in because they don't know they need cookies set to yes in there browser's setting. I tested it myself, disabled cookies and then I couldn't post after loging-in.
