ok, can anyone tell me the difference between vB 2.2.2 and 2.2.3b?? plz, I have to know this, because if there is no difference, I won't upgrade.....

there is a difference otherwise there would be no version-difference. According to Johns announcement (http://vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41256) it was important, so it's probably wise to upgrade

You would need to upload (at a minimum) admin/global.php, /global.php and admin/functions.php.
