CQhost.com? Good? Bad? Ugly?

I ran across this hosting company and they almost seem too good to believe. From experience, never a good thing ;) Anyone use/have used them? I'd appreciate any insight! :)

After I posted I ran across some web page reviews. Whoever designed the site did a pretty poor job with the english. Check out the spellings of the testimonials. "z" instead of "s"... I dunno. I'm staying clear of it. There's also no phone support. Makes no sense whatsoever.

It's a shame.. the features they have are just what I was looking for. I want a host that offers a control panel of sorts.
