I couldn't find this in the the already suggested thread.
As far as I know, the "Last edited by.." text is hard-coded in the post when you edit it, and as such, won't adjust the time-stamp for different time-zones? If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to add some indication of the TZ used like 12.00AM+1:00?
