[Question] VBulletin in german language ?

i´m a new licence Member from Germany, but i would like a querman version of vbulletin, in the downloadarea will be only a english version? Is it possible to get a german version or a scripting tool, that the vbulletin will be german?

Just like a country pack or something like this?
