How to use mysql to delete threads > 2days old, and less < 5 replies, in a forum?

Hi can any mysql god who is well versed with the tables in vb please tell me how to delete posts with the following condition:

Delete all posts posted 2 days ago AND with replies < 5 and forum=someforumID.
