No information, but I've had the same problem for about an hour now... looks like connections aren't getting past 66.162.99.254 on Time-Warner's network.

Do a traceroute... looks like those going over Yipes are ok, but Time-Warner isn't....

We hope everyone's sites are up and working. George, fananime.com is working for us now again, too :)

BTW, darkjedi, what's your website? :)

It's an exotic animal forum - catering to those who have strange and unusual pets, or just a lot of different pets.

We've only been up a very short time, and are doing quite well :-) I get so panicky when the site is down, being new, it's so important to be there when the members want us to be !!

hrm. i was all set to give VO a call on monday to start an account. i guess i'll be rethinking that.

sorry, but being up is of high importance to me. if you're down, i want a call/email from you guys before i get calls from customers. nothing worse than having to say, "i don't know" over and over to people who can go elsewhere for a product.

It's ok, Paul. We sent a ticket so we could know what happened and Luke replied in a few minutes :)

And LD1. This is something that can happen here or in any other host. I would still recommend you to go with VO. Great support, fair prizes and fast!

Jakeman, your page was down for us too. Maybe it's because we are in Spain

i may, it's jsut that when reading their forum, many folks said that this had been a recurring problem. first impressions are hard to break, and my first impression was that everyone seems to like the service. many have said they'd pay extra just for good CS.

don't get me wrong, that does matter. but in starting out a site, i REALLY want it to be up. that was a big issue with our past board -- the host (infinet) was down with unreal regularity.
