Restricting Posts

Is it possible to allow users to only post once (or x numbers of times) in a week to a particular forum? Is this feature built in vB or is there a hack/mod available for this?

It is not currently possible with the default vBulletin and I don't believe there is a hack but you may wish to double-check at www.vbulletin.org .
