Does anyone know where I can find tutorials for styles/templates, I want to create a site that looks simular to the sites below but just dont know where start:

I have checked the Styles/Templates Forum (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=10) and can find plenty of buttons but not the actual templates.
If anyone knows where I can download templates/styles I would be forever in their debt???
Is the help on the other side alot better http://www.vbulletin.com/members does it give downloads/ideas for templates/styles
Is the vBulletin Graphics Developer's Kit the tool I need to get the style/template on these sites? http://mjhideout.com/foro/ http://www.pixeljunction.com (I know I need to purchase the license to obtain this app)
