User login bug?

Some users report a bug which does not allow them to log in. Clicking on the profile link and logging on that way seems to work though.

I myself have had a prob here tonight. I made a post earlier and then went to edit it right after posting and it said I was not logged in. I entered log in details and it took me back to the log in screen, no error message.

I clicked "back" to the refresh page on browser and then was able to edit the post.

I think that the reason for this is dodgy stanarderror and error_nopermission templates. You can get the latest copies from the members area. When was it that you had the problem with editing on this site?
