Tried to use the "new" multipage print function in the 2.2.2 release candidate. Everything seems ok, except when you hit the "Show all xxx posts from this thread on one page". It only shows the first page... I was able to duplicate it on this forum.

Lines 59, 71 change $maxposts to $perpage
