Large Icons on W2K?

Is there some sort of reg hack or freeware util that will allow me to use larger sized icons. For example, the attatchment shows an XP icon set from custo, but when I apply them to my Icons, they look like total crap. I dont wanna upgrade to XP because I dont need to, though I might replace WinME which I use for gaming and audio work to XP.

nevermind. I found it. But these icons still look like a bag of ass under 2k.

That could be due to the resizing of the icons.
