[Plesk] Avatar and attachment uploads

Plesk has an issue with the open_basedir being set in the vhost file for each domain on a Plesk powered web server. This may cause problems with vB throwing an error when you use the attachment upload or avatar upload functions in vB.

Although, they havent updated there verision of vbulletin ? Is 2.0.1 a stable release ? Bugs etc ?

the current stable release is 2.2.1

current secure release is at least 2.2.0
