I put them in the winnt\system32 and referenced them there but it wouldn't work.

I copied them to the winnt folder and it works...

A big problem that i've found when using PHP stuff on Win NT (so far I've only done it on Win 2K, but it might apply to NT4) is setting permissions on the php4isapi.dll Under windows 2000 IIS crashed cause I didn't have the correct permissions set.
