It now goes straight to mysql.com... what happened to the nusphere site?

I'm not sure, since this was changed over quietly.... but the domain mysql.org is still registered to NuSphere:

Registrant:
NuSphere Corporation (MYSQL8-DOM)
14 Oak Park
Bedford, MA 01730
US

Domain Name: MYSQL.ORG

I suspect they may be pointing it to mysql.com until the outcome of the lawsuits between the two companies.

yeah, wondered why I had not read about it anywhere. Such a shame they can't cooperate on this, sure istn't in the best interest of mysql that they entangled in a legal battle. Still, I don't understand the issues involved but it does seem a shame.

I noticed this a few days ago too. I can't find anywhere to download the free Gemini source anymore either :(

The only links available on the nusphere site seem to be for the commercial binary packages. Luckily I''ve still kept the last version I downloaded.

Thanks Chris. I saw that link, but I didn't know it included the gemini stuff. They confused me by calling their commercial offering 'Enhanced MySQL'. I thought the 'enhanced' bit referred to the gemini tables. :o
