3 members and still 'Too many connections'

Oke i've uploaded vbulletin 2.0.3 yesterday on my webpunkt.dk account. Everything went fine, but when I visit my forum now I get this:
Warning: Too many connections in /www/docs/users/scarecrow/admin/db_mysql.php on line 38

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

The last time I looked my forum had 3 mebers so isn't this strange? :confused:

ah forget it, my forum works again, so thnx anyway. The server was down or something :)
