Suggestion: Email notifications

Several of my members have made the following suggestion about email notifications:

What they would like to see is when "no notification" is checked in their cp, they do not want ANY notifications, even if subscribed to a thread.

An option for this would be great.

Currently the 'no notification' option only regulates whether 'Email Notification' is checked by default on the new thread/new reply screens.

This function as well as Subscribed Forums are undergoing changes for v3.
