Will pay for bulletin design

I am looking for someone to help me design a vBulletin board to match the look and feel of my site. This is a paying project to someone who has done this before and is very familiar with vBulletin. The designer must show another vBulletin board they have designed. I can pay about $100 for this project excluding any extra work involved.
