When a user sets a Avatar, put in a text box so they can configure a defined title= and alt= tag for the image. It's hard to understand the "personality" behind some of the Avatars, some text (tooltip style) would help! :)

An avatar description sounds like a good idea. However you can do this now.
Go into you Admin Control Panel and scroll down to where it says "User Profile Fields". Create the field(s) you want. These will automatically show up on the modify profile screen.
Then you can edit the templates to insert these fields where you want them. To access them you would do use:
userinfo[fieldX] - in the user profile locations
postinfo[fieldX] - in the actual posts.
Replace the X with the field id. You can see this by hovering over on of the links for that field in the admin control panel.

Yes, I know, I do that now. Just thinking about a title tag would be nice, not taking up real estate for text, but when mouse is over the image you'll get the explanation / description.
