Getting emails on posting??

Hey, one of the moderators on my site would like to get an email whenever a new message is posted on the bulletin..

Is this at all possible?

email message each time a message is posted in

1. all forums ?
2. a particular forum ?

for a particular forum you can go into admin panel, go to modify forum and edit the mod and select 'yes' to either one or both of these

Receive email when there is a new post
Yes No

Receive email when there is a new thread
Yes No

for forum wide i think you have to go into Options
