Hi,

I want my to change my board color and stuff. I will make some new buttons in the new color. I just want the color to change. But I don't want to delete the color sheme I'm using now. I would just like to add a new color and disable the other color.

Thank You,

Change the color in your styles.

Goto the admin cp and click on modify under styles and you should find the color codes soomewhere around there.

Then just add a new style and change that.

Since you are not sure how to do this make a a backup of your old style by clicking Download/Upload and downloading the style.

Okay,

I tried that...

But when I modified the colors of that new style set... The colors in my old style set change too...

When I add a new Style set I have the possibility to create a new replacement & Template set or use an excisting one.

What do I have to do here?

It depends; Do you want your current templates (old style) to be active on the new style.

If not then u need to create new ones. If you create new ones the new template will be the original default templates of vbulletin.

Replacement: I dont think this matters: Create a new set to keep your old style totally seperate.

What do you mean with:

Do you want your current templates (old style) to be active on the new style

I don't know. I just want to add a new color and the rest must remain the same on my board... The old color must not be deleted... I have made some replacement set for the old set though...

Do you want your current templates to be the templates you use with the new style ?

If Yes: Don't create a new template set - use your current one.

If no: Create a new set.

The old color will not be removed unless you remove the old style.

Just create a new style set and choose the options to create new Replacement and Temlates sets along with it.
