Newby: button sets ?

Hi. I'm searching some nice complete button set (coloured and with icons) to replace the standard one.
But don't know where I can start...
Any idea ?

Yeah, sorry!
Just right after submit button, I made a search with 'button set*' and found out about a dozen... ;)

Instead, didn't found smilies links, but only hacks...
Do you have any ?
I can't understand how to limit only N (about 15, I guess) icons just near the textarea of the newpost and all the oters in a new popup window...
