Looking for old five links for white background

Back in the day(alright, it wasnt that long ago) vB used to use different images for the five(five, ten, whatever) links. Im looking for those older images, i have attached an image of what they look like, only the one i have attached is for a black background. I am looking for the ones for the white background. Maybe someone has these archived somewhere? I dunno, but if you might have them, let me know.
