Well, I'd say the red is hurting my eyes a *bit*. ;)
Honestly though, I think it's way too bright. The most striking part is the table where "All times are GMT etc." is posted.

Well, I find the red in your design way too bright...


I like it much better when colors just don't seem to "hit" you (sorry, I lack a better word).

Ok, the grey buttons might be a bit too much, some blue or mettalic buttons might look nice. Just voicing my opinion since you asked, of course it's all your decision. ;)
