wwwthreads converter

I was wondering if anyone out thier can help me out with making a converter to convert wwwthreads into vbulletin. I am going to be buying vbulletin in a couple days hopefully and a friend of mine is thinking about upgrading to vbulletin :) i'm insisting that he does but he runs wwwthreads and has a lot of users/posts and doesn't want to lose that so I was wondering if thier is one out thier so this could be done. Please anyone?

We are currently working on a WWWThreads/UBBThreads importer, but I don't have any ETA for it.

The importer for this is now in the final testing stages and will probably be released to the general public shortly.
