Publishing Suite 4.0 and 3.8 Blog license

I pre-purchased the vBulletin Publishing Suite 4.0 which includes many features, including blogs.

While I'm waiting for 4.0 to be released, should I not be licensed to use the blog add on for 3.8 until 4.0 is released?

You've bought a software package that will be released in the future so you will get all aspects of that package once it's released.
