Browsers with cookies disabled

Are users able to register and post topics/replies with cookies completely disabled using the newest version of VB?

Also are there any other privacy settings that I could be aware about that I cannot turn on/off?

As long as both "Automatically Log On" and "Browse With Cookies" are set to NO on their accounts, they shouldn't have any problems using the system. If their session times out they will have to log in again though.

What do you mean by privacy settings?
