[fixed] $post[usertitle] doesn't get parsed in announcebit

it seems that this does not parse when viewing an announcement. this is in the default vb style. i had to change it to bbuserinfo[usertitle] to get it to parse.

$bbuserinfo[usertitle] shows the usertitle of the person who is viewing the announcement. not the usertitle of the person who made the annoucement

So I guess Jake announce the announcement and because of that got the correct result. ;)

Remove this unset($post[usertitle]); from announcement.php
