i just buy new product name -vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite
and after i complate paymant by paypal
i go to member area and prees download vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite
after i see the file i download and is not vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite
the file i download is name Version 3.8.4 Patch Level 1
i vant to download the vbulletin 4.0 publishing suite
how to do that?

you pre-ordered VB4, it is not available yet

You'll need to wait a month or 3 before you're able to download it, you pre-ordered the software, it's still in Alpha stages.

You will be able to download the latest release of vBulletin (3.8) as soon as your purchase is completed. You will be able to download the 4.0 releases of Forums and Publishing Suite as soon as they are released.

3.8.4 Patch Level 1 is the latest release of vBulletin.

No, not yet - it isn't finished.

It'll be a couple of months at the very least, more likely early next year.

As of now I guess you can just only just the latest version that already released, but v4 is not out yet. Pre-order you can save some bucks!
