I am already seeing sites with vb4, or with similar to the screen shots? Is it out now?

Most of my sites are running 3.8.4 with vbadvanced, so I'm a little confused as to why you think my sites look like 4.0? there have only recently beena few screenshots of vb 4 posted on the main page www.vbulletin.com

The forum basically is the same from what I can see other then a new skin design or look.

There are also 3.8 template mods that people have made to look like V4, could be those you are seeing as well.

It will not out now. But I think they pushing it very hard, real hard so then they put pre-order without demo,

You can check Ray Morgan posting that there will be Private beta.
meaning secret testing cult. that you cannot see them anywhere or being discussed openly.

right now the suite is still alpha5.
