Installation Problem

Hi,

I'm installing vbulletin and when I run the installer script it gives me this
message:

Step 2) Connect to the database
Attempting to attach to database
Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.
Error number: 1044
Error description: Cannot use database XXXXXXXXXX >> privacy reasons

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.


I have setup the database correct and I have setup the user and connected to the database.


What's going wrong here? Can someone help me please?

The most likely cause of this error is that the info in your config.php file is wrong or your db user does not have full permissions to this database. Please read this for all the known causes of this error:
