posting error 10 char limit

So I'm trying a test thread, just installed - typed a long message and no matter hwat I say it says "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters."

Suggestions? thanks

That is usually caused by a custom headinclude template. Try reverting that template:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Common Templates (in the menu) -> headinclude
