When you post an announcement it asks you if you want to post it to all forums or just to one in particular.

You can also post multiple announcements to the same forum if you need to.

Yes, but they are showed only in one thread, so the people only can view into the forum the topic of the last announcement... There is any form to put different announcement in one forum but in different threads?
