Ok guys, i've tried this:
http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/moving_servers

I could not figure it out.
That guide is for moving files to a new server, but i'm not MOVING servers, I'm moving domains on the SAME server.

Will someone just tell me how CHANGE THE DOMAIN!? Literally all I want to do is take the files from the old domain, and put them all on on the new domain.

I need an idiot proof manual, or step by step guide apparently.

Please do not fill me with more complicated manuals for moving forums between servers, like I said, I just want to give my forum now, and new domain name (which i've already purchased and installed vbulletin on)

Please guys, I will greatly appreciate your help!

James, firstly i don't kmow how that sits with the guys at vbulletin as your installation is registered to your domain, hence getting news in your admincp of new upgrades. Secondly if your on the same server you need only change your url in the vbulletin options and then point your name servers(ns1 & ns2), (where you purchased your domain) to the names given on your server, if you're using cpanelthen change the domain name of the cpanel account too!

Im no server guru but i see it as simple as that.

The nameservers I feel like do not need to be changed. Because it is all on the same server.

I've already uploaded vbulletin to the new domain, but now want all the files from my old forum put on the new domain.

Simple.
But I can't figure it out.

You do need to point the name servers at your registras to your namesevers or no-one will ever be able to access your new domain!, if you are using cpanel the simply make a back up and restore the back up to the new vbulletin.
