I tried importing my old forum into my new one, but some users were guests and when they tried logging in they were banned and all this stuff..

Is there anyway to delete all users?

or maybe a fix for this banned problem, they are not really banned but it says they are.

To be clear, what software are you importing from?

Check their birth year. I have this problem if the imported users have 1901 as their birth year, they will appear as banned.

check the usergroups as well

when i import a user when they already have another account, how do i keep there new one, not their old one thats going to be imported.

i have vbulletin importing from mybb using impex
