I cant close the board!

I have set the "bbactive" to "no" 3 times now and you can still view the site! What gives?

that's always happened to me as well.. apparently i am the only one who can view, post, edit and navigate when my board is closed... everyone else just waits

it's a bug right ? i never really complained about this as it's kinda handy to have the forums accessible by me only while everyone else waits :D

No, I think that its not a bug: the admin can navigate the board when its closed. Very useful I find.

That's exactly what it is. Admins only can see the board when it was inactive. Everyone else gets the closed message. I use explorer normally, and to test it go to netscape and go to your site (since you probably aren't cookied there) - that's how I test it.
