timezone error on php 5.2.9 please help me fix it

hello everyone here at vBulletin

i am having the timezone problem on my forums because i am using php 5.2.9

i live in the united kingdom and it shows the time is 4 hours faster than what it is supposed to be

i am attaching a picture to show this problem

if anyone knows the fix for it for php 5.2.9 then please help me do it because this is rather annoying now.

Each user has their own time zone preference:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Time Zone

If your time zone is correct but the time is wrong then you need to ask your host to fix the server clock.
