Postbit align in threads

Hi.
I designed a skin for my forum, that skin is default vbulletin style.
In default vbulletin style postbit align is up (to part: info left, name right) but i need to change that to this : (attached image).
How i can do that?
My second questions is that how i can change the width of experience? that ranking because width of that is width of Username.

vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template

If you prefer the old-style postbit, using two vertical columns rather than the new horizontal layout, you can switch back to using that template with this switch.

Please note that if you enable this option and wish to customize the template, you should edit the 'postbit_legacy' template rather than the 'postbit'.

That you can find in over vBulletin.org... I do not recall the name, but have seen the template edits to have it place on the left for forum owners who use arabic lanuage.
