How to make the blue style is the default for Bingo! style

how can i make it the default style and and remove color choosing

You set the default style here:

Admin Control Panel -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Default Style

the default color in the style is ( i think) red
how can i make the blue color is the default ...
and disabling the color choosing

Sorry I don't understand what you are asking. However if it's a question about modifying that style then you need to contact the author for help with this.
