problem hiding a sub-forum

I have sub-forum that I want to use for a focus group. I want to hide it from all other users. I've created a "focus group usergroup" and given them permission to access it. I have denied permission to everyone else except administrators. The problem is that everyone seems to be able to see it and access it. I've doubled and triple checked the permissions, but I can't figure out why this is so. My forum is here (http://www.immigration-information.com/forums/index.php) and the sub-forum I want to hide is the one titled "Focus Group". Any thoughts or suggestions will be most gratefully appreciated.

I dont see any forums with that lable, or subforums,

There is a setting for that:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Show Private Forums

You can also override this setting for individual forums:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Show Private Forum
