does anybody know how creating a database works on http://www.nexen.net
i have serious problems installing the board there.
my french is also not that good ;]

I can't help you out, don't speak French either
If you can't read the pages, why are you hosted there?
Try jumpworld.net, I'm assuming that nexen place is a free host
there are others, hosting.datablocks.com/free is a good one I've heard

Just enter mysql.nexen.net as your mysql-Host and your Pass and your login who was sent to your adress. No probs...
