That is not part of the default vB. Have you tried contacting the webmasters of those sites?

I contacted their web department and they say it is a custom script, but someone on vb.org just posted this http://www.sprintusers.com/premium.php, and it looks almost identical, so I'm thinking someone, somewhere has developed this. Does this look like just a style or template change? Or does it look like it pulls the info dynamically from the database?
