[fixed] Bug: User > Private Message Stats > Users with X messages > Edit User link

Control Panel
->Users
---> Private Message Stats

Click on "[list users with X messages]"

This will list users who have X messages, then click the 'edit user' link

The url appears something like
../forum/admin/user.php?s=a4eb554fbabf73ac2action=edit&userid=44

There's no & in front of action

I could be wrong but I think that's why it doesn't work correctly.
