42 Database Errors in 4 Hours

We have been getting A TON of database errors in past few days. I have gotten 42 errors since I have been awake (4 hours ago). ALL of the errors are the same except for the URL at the bottom of the error:

That's a problem with your vbplaza modification. Disable it and the errors should go away.
