Moderator Queue

I am new to vbulletin and forumsin general but I have one up and running. It wasn't too hard but I still have alot to learn about "vbulletin".
I selected "Moderator Queue (Require moderator validation before new threads are displayed)" for one of my forums and now I cant find where to go to validate them.
Also is there a "Polls" feature that I am overlooking.

The moderate option will show up at the bottom of the forum listing where it says "Administration Options".

Currently Polls are available as a Hack/Add-on and the code is available in the VBulletin Hacks forum. Just do a search on Poll.
