My compeititor website registers on my website and sends PMto my members against my website and takes my members away.
Is there anyway I can allow only users with more than 100 posts to send PM. and new users cannot send PM.
Thanks for your time.

Change the settings on your main usergroup so that they cannot use private messages.

Then, create a new usergroup that allows private messages with the settings that when a user reaches 100 posts they are promoted to it.

I hope this does not sound harsh, but if you are loosing members to a competing forum after the owner of that forum PM's your members, then I think you need to have a long hard look at your own forum and ask yourself why they prefer the competing forum over yours.

I have to say I agree, my reason being, generally users wont follow spam like that, but if they have a reason to leave like your forum not meeting expectations then theyre more likely to leave.

I would however also consider using censoring options to censor your competitors website etc..., as users are even less likely to follow spam if the spam had to go around a filter.
